It also has a wide-folded brim. The pattern gives detailed instructions for sizes XS/S/M/L/ XL. This equals a head circumference of 53/55.5/58/60.5/63 centimeters. There are very detailed instructions showing you how to adjust the pattern if you need a different size or knit with a different yarn. **Difficulty: Advanced beginner** The pattern is meant for adventurous beginners who know their knits and purls and are willing to tackle their first project in the round. You can finish on either double-pointed or circular knitting needles **Yarn and yardage:** I used 100% sheep wool (100g = 200m) by Samelin Dyeworks in the color "quack-quack". However, since you need to knit a swatch anyway and it's super simple and intuitive to adjust the size, you can basically finish this pattern with any yarn between dk and worsted weight. Try to pick something with a bit more structure.
